Not bad! Pretty hearty. This borscht has cabbage, tomatoes, and potatoes in there. A winter’s brew. And it’s quick and easy. No table service here. The old lady ladles you a bowl from behind the counter. And yet… it’s relatively unknown. Not even Google knows about it. It’s in the middle of a busy area and no one notices it.
