This borscht was the equivalent of a 2-disc greatest hits album. It was undeniably good, it had almost everything you want. It was twice as expensive as all the rest. And if you have the wrong way of thinking about it, you will stop here and overlook all the cheaper, more authentic, and obscure borschts/albums out there. It’s great but you should seek out the rest!
